MEAL PREP | PICK YOUR PLAN

A Plan for Every Situation

Whether you are by yourself, with your partner or your family, GMF offers a plan for each

situation. Pick from my comprehensive menu and check out my monthly specials and fill

up your fridge with fresh food. My meals are prepared day fresh and delivered to your

door on Monday or Tuesday. Send in your picks before Saturday 12:00 pm and have them

delivered to you at a time that is convenient for you.

How it works:

GMF offers three options:

Personal. Pick any 5 entrees from the menu and weekly specials for $75 *

Couples. Pick any 10 entrees from the menu and weekly specials for $140 *

Family. Pick any 20 entrees from the menu and weekly specials for $275 *

​Soups. Pick any soup from the menu and weekly special for $8

Sides: Pick any side from the menu for $4

The entrees include protein, vegetables and carbs, as described on the menu. Extra sides can be

ordered for an additional fee. Soups are not included in the meal plans and are ordered separately.

Orders are accepted until 12:00 PM on the Saturday prior to the delivery day. Your

order will be delivered on Monday or Tuesday, within a time slot of your choosing.

Menu.

SOUPS

Classic French Onion soup, with garlic-herb croutons and grated Gouda cheese

Creamy Tomato Soup, made with Marzano tomatoes, fresh herbs and cream

Minestrone, Italian vegetable soup, with beans, pasta and tomatoes

Smoked Turnip Soup, with truffle oil and fresh thyme

Green Curry Fish Soup, with salmon and cod, fresh vegetables and shrimp crackers

Lemon-Chicken Soup, with vegetables and brown rice

 

 

Entrees
 

Fish:

Mustard-Honey Glazed, Broiled Atlantic Cod. With roasted mini potatoes and grilled

vegetables. (Allergens: fish)

Grilled Shrimp, with fusilli pasta, a robust vegetable-tomato sauce, fresh Parmesan

cheese and basil. (added fee, $2) (Allergens: shrimp, dairy, wheat)

Miso-honey glazed broiled salmon, with basmati rice and roasted asparagus and shii

take mushrooms

Chicken:

Grilled Chicken Breast, with lemon and thyme, orzo pasta with peppers, zucchini,

cherry tomatoes, feta cheese and roasted-garlic olive oil. (Allergens: wheat, dairy)

Dry Rubbed, Roasted Chicken Thighs, baked potato with sour cream and chives,

and steamed green beans. (Allergens: dairy)

Thai Red Curry Chicken, with carrots, peppers, snap peas and basmati rice
(Allergens: - )

 

 

Pork and Beef:

Seared Pork Loin Medallions, with shiitake mushrooms, steamed broccoli and

seasoned sticky rice. (Allergens: soy )

Grilled Marinated Pork Chops, with gnocchi pasta and sage butter, and creamy

spinach.  (Allergens: dairy)

Carne Asada, with rice & black beans, street corn, tortilla chips and Pico de Gallo
(added fee, $3) (Allergens: - )

Beef Short Ribs, braised in red wine and blueberries, with roasted asparagus, and

creamy mashed turnips and potatoes. (added fee, $4) (Allergens: wheat, dairy)

Spaghetti Bolognese, classic beef ragù based on our 4-generation old family recipe, with

spaghetti al dente and fresh grated parmesan. (Allergens: wheat, dairy)


Vegan/Vegetarian:

Couscous Stuffed Bell Peppers, with marinara sauce and roasted vegetables (bell pepper, zucchini, eggplant)(Allergens: wheat) (Vegan)

Smoked Teriyaki Tofu, with white basmati rice, marinated button mushrooms and roasted asparagus
(Allergens: soy)(Vegan)

Sides ($4 each):

Roasted mini potatoes, Baked potato, with sour cream and chives, Smoked turnip and potato mash, 

Basmati rice (white or brown), Seasoned sticky rice, Fusilli pasta, Spaghetti al dente
